The answer is no! What is necessary is the food choices we put in our mouths. Most Americans are not aware of how many calories are in the food we eat. Some "resturants' are now listing the calories on the menu, and there are only a select few items to choose from. What we should eat may not be as apetizing as to what we want to eat. However, the reality of it all is that we must condition are minds to eat healthier which is a matter of choice.

There are really some good healthy meals out there, and one of the simplest things to do is read the labels, take time out to look at what your consuming in your body, sometimes it can be a turn off.
